Our Medical Policy Search application currently only searches non-MAC LCDs for Pennsylvania Part B.
In December, after we have completed our transition to the J12 MAC, Policy Search will become available for all J12 Local Coverage Determinations.
If you are looking for J12 Local Coverage Determinations, please visit the J12 MAC Local Coverage Determination Center. This index is currently not searchable by CPT code, but this feature will be offered once the transition is complete.
