- Fax on Demand Option, available through IVR
- Telephone Reopening Process
- Medical Records are not accepted via FAX
- No replacement voucher via IVR
- New EDI Platform (Stratus)
- New contractor workload ID
- New EDI submitter and logon IDs
- EFT Re-enrollment (CMS-588) required
- No Professional Provider Terminal Network (PPTN) capability exists for Part B Providers
- New local medical policies for the jurisdiction
- No status for Enrollment Applications provided via the web
- Dark Days expected during cutover
- Payment floor sweeps
- Multiple 1099s
- New fees for carrier-priced codes
- Changes to limited license practitioner services
- Contractor developed edits for NCDs
